It was a great day to go for a ride. Next thing I knew blue lights were flashing and I was being ticketed for having exhaust pipes that the LEO though didn’t have the EPA stamp on them. This is a relatively new motorcycle, so I went back home and broke out the wrenches and after removing some items I was able to take a look at the pipes. Sure enough, there’s the stamp. What do they expect me to do to prove it? I could take a photo but if the court pushes things they could refuse to allow me to enter the photo as evidence. This is obviously just a way for the city to extort more money.
